<br style="font-size:18px;line-height:1.5em;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333"> Hey none,<br style="font-size:18px;line-height:1.5em;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;color:#333333">

You've heard it before: music is a universal language. What about
it is universal? The notes aren't always the same, different
cultures have different standard tunings, scales, and senses of
rhythm-- so those might be more divisive than inclusive...

But ALL music, regardless of origin, has something in common:
feeling.

Music is built FROM emotion, to SPEAK emotion! If a song doesn't
move you, we consider it flat or boring. From the technical rage
of metal, to the blues of... blues, to the rebellion of punk and
ska-- the emotional rollercoaster of classical pieces...
on-and-on we go. Music is emotion!

Accordingly, if you want to write and play GOOD music, you need
to both feel it and be able to then *express* that feeling!
Today's video contains 5 tangible ways that you can connect with
your instrument to play with expression. If your resolution is to
take the next step with your music, learning to be expressive is
something you can't go without!

THINK OF IT AS INSTRUMENT YOGA ( https://el2.convertkit-mail.com/c/27uz7xz0llboh3mrl5i3/08hwh9hw7e2gge/aHR0cHM6Ly95b3V0dS5iZS9rUU1QY1JDd19EVQ== )

Practice Well!
